Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

WARNING: By signing this legal document, you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Please read carefully.

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand and agree that participating in cycling activities organized by B1 Gruppo Inc. (including but not limited to club rides, races, training sessions, clinics, and events) involves inherent risks and hazards. These may include:

Personal injury, including serious injury or death

Property damage or loss

Hazards arising from traffic, weather, road conditions, equipment failure, and the actions or negligence of other participants or organizers

I freely and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseeable or not, and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by me while participating in or preparing for any such activity.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in cycling activities organized by B1 Gruppo Inc., I hereby agree as follows:

I release and forever discharge B1 Gruppo Inc., its directors, officers, members, employees, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, independent contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in or preparation for these activities, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

I understand that the Released Parties make no warranty or representation regarding the safety of the events or activities and that I am solely responsible for assessing my own ability and fitness to participate.

3. Binding Agreement

I understand and agree that:

a) This agreement applies to all current and future cycling events, rides, races, training programs, or other activities organized or sanctioned by B1 Gruppo Inc.

b) This agreement is binding upon me, as well as upon my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns.

c) This release and waiver shall remain in full force and effect even if new risks or circumstances arise in future activities.

4. Legal Advice

I confirm that:

I have been given the opportunity and encouraged to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this agreement.

I fully understand the terms and legal effect of this agreement.

I am signing this document voluntarily and without any inducement or duress.
